How it works

Sign up with your mobile number and a one-time code.
Buy gelato at any Kariton counter.
Scan the QR on the counter screen to collect your stamps. Every gelato, handheld, soft serve, taho or affogato earns one stamp — a double scoop is still one gelato, so still one stamp. Coffee, drinks and food don't earn stamps.
When your card reaches 10, your free scoop is ready to redeem at the counter.

I didn't get my stamps. Make sure you scanned the QR on the counter screen right after paying. If it still didn't register, ask staff or email us with your mobile number and the time of purchase.
How do I redeem a free scoop? When one is ready, tap Redeem in the app and scan the "Redeem" QR on the counter. The cashier confirms it.
Change your marketing texts. Toggle SMS updates anytime in the Profile tab.
Delete your account. Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your membership and loyalty data.
